Do you enjoy mushrooms, but you don’t know how to cook with them? Eric, owner of NHMC will teach you the proper techniques of cooking specialty mushrooms. This will be with the approach of treating mushrooms like a protein. You will be able to sample what is being cooked as well. This event is great for beginners or more advanced level cooks. Perfect class to take before the holiday cooking season approaches.
