About Parasol Mycology

Parasol Mycology is a small mushroom farm located in the foothills of the Sierras owned and operated by Carissa Garrard and David Konyndyk.  They believe local food and resources are crucial to the health and sustainability of the planet.  They are also passionate about helping to rebuild the city of Paradise after the fires of 2018.  Whether it’s by helping restore the soil on the Ridge, participating in permaculture projects or creating jobs for locals, they are going to do their part to have as positive an impact on the community of Paradise as they can.

Product Availability

If you’d like to purchase fresh mushrooms in bulk, you can do so directly from their website.  (A minimum of 5lbs is considered a bulk purchase.)  The following types of mushrooms are currently available for bulk purchase on their website:
