At Zoom Out Mycology our mission is to “drive sustainability with fungi”! We do this by providing fungi centric products and programs geared towards the appreciation and awareness of applied mycology as a path toward sustainability. Zoom Out Mycology mushroom teas are a labor of love. We purchase our mushrooms and herbs directly from the source: Oregon-based farmers and foragers. The mushrooms we feature- Reishi, Lion’s Mane, Cordyceps, and Maitake – are true superfoods, and superheroes. Each pound of tea takes one to two hours to produce – a manual process of snapping, grinding, and mixing the dried products to create our signature blends. Each tin is packaged and infused with care. Tea is an incredible conversation tool, we traveling around the pacific northwest serving tea to educate people about applied mycology as a sustainability strategy.
