About New England Wild Edibles

We provide log-grown shiitake mushrooms May through November, as well as shiitake logs to grow your own. Locally gathered wild mushrooms are sold fresh or dried. Ramps (wild leeks) and fiddleheads are available in the early spring. Offering local wild-crafting forays and classes, as well as land consultation to assess developing mushroom farms and to inventory wild mushroom communities on and around your property. Find us at local farmers’ markets, grocery stores, and restaurants.
Foraged wild mushrooms and forest grown mushrooms are available during their growing seasons. Here is the calendar for some of the major local mushroom species available from New England Wild Edibles:
