About Mycophile’s Garden (MG)
Mycophile’s Garden is a gourmet mushroom growing farm out of Grand Rapids Michigan. They have 6-8 employees and have been in business for around 10 years. Owner operator Chris Swinson is a certified mushroom expert by the State of Michigan. Although an introvert through and through, Chis is just as happy working the farmers markets selling and sharing his love of mushrooms as he is working alone harvesting mushrooms in the farm’s greenhouses. MG sells a variety of fresh mushrooms at farmers markets and wholesale to stores and restaurants. They also have less perishable items available to purchase from their online store and offer in person classes to their community members.
