About Mousam Valley Mushrooms

It is our mission to sustainably supply both local and exotic culinary mushroom varieties farmed year round. We farm mushrooms fruited from woody substrate, as well as, forage wild species in season from the woods of southern Maine. Farming Fungi does this with a dedication towards understanding the ecosystem that surrounds it and the variables that specifically affect mushroom production in Maine.
