Hi! We’re John, Dominika, Po & Bear. Our farm in the woods of Seal Cove, Maine, is called Middle Earth Mushrooms (because hobbits like their shrooms) and we work tirelessly to bring you delicious, beautiful and plump shiitake mushrooms, grown the traditional method, on hardwood logs.
