Myc’s Thoughts on Leafcutter farms
Leafcutter farms is passionate about their mushrooms and it shows. They offer several ways to purchase their many products. If you are near any of the locations they offer their products, stop by and say hello, they would love to see you.
I’d also like to call out a specific Instagram post showing you have to cook a “mushroom brisket” made of Black Pearl King and Blue oysters. The technique is fantastic and the finished product looks incredible. If you have Instagram, definitely check it out.
