About Hawk Meadow Farm (HMF)

Hawk Meadow Farm is located in the Finger Lakes Region of New York.  They specialize in log-grown mushrooms and small batch medicinal mushroom tinctures.  They also hold classes and events that focus on reconnecting people to the land through education and fun.  HFM has come up with a quadruple bottom line for their business: Planet, People, Profit and Fun.

Something unique about this farm is that they have a camping experience available.  For $50/night you and a friend can camp out on their working shiitake farm.  There are 2 spaces available and a generous amount of firewood is included in the booking.  You can tour their farm for $10 per person.  Tours last about an hour.  You can book your stay with them HERE.
