Furst Class fungi is a Denver Colorado based gourmet mushroom farm run by the power duo Matt and Lexx.  They have been selling their gourmet mushrooms to the citizens and restaurants in the Denver area since October 2020.  They are passionate about making sure everyone has access to gourmet mushrooms.
