Forest Mushrooms Inc. is a largescale, family owned, gourmet mushroom growing company based out of central Minnesota.  They have been in business since 1985 and cultivate their own mushrooms as well as forage for wild mushrooms.  Several of their dried mushrooms can be purchased from their online store.  Their fresh mushrooms are available in several retail, wholesale and foodservice distributors throughout Minnesota and the Midwest.
