About Flat 12 Mushrooms (F12)

Flat 12 Mushrooms is a gourmet mushroom growing urban farm and storefront based out of Buffalo New York.  You can find this family owned and operated business at their storefront throughout the week as well as several farmers markets in the area.  They sell fresh mushrooms, tinctures, coffee, and other delicious mushroom dishes.  F12 also forages for wild mushrooms.  If you are fortunate enough during mushroom season, you may be able to purchase some Chanterelles or some Maitake (Hen of the woods.)

Staying Updated

If you are on social media, you can find them on Facebook and Instagram.  They do a great job of keeping both pages updated. You can expect to find which markets they will be attending and if they’ve foraged any wild mushrooms, which ones they will have.  They also have a website that allows you to order their CSA shares as well as some of their delicious food.

Flat 12 Mushrooms is a prime example of a hard working urban mushroom farm bringing high quality mushrooms to their local community.  They’ve been going strong for close to a decade now and that’s fantastic.  If you are in the area of any of the farmers markets they attend or their storefront, definitely check them out and show them some mush love!
