About Erie Shore Seed & Spore

Erie Shore Seed and Spore is a family owned mushroom farm located in Vermilion, Ohio. We started growing mushrooms as a hobby in early 2020, and we turned that hobby into a small business by 2021. Our passion for offering quality local produce has grown, and we recently expanded our operation. We currently grow all of our mushrooms in our basement in grow rooms designed to keep the perfect environment. Jordan also grows microgreens on a small scale for local restaurants, retail stores, and farmer’s markets.

We carry several gourmet mushrooms varieties and some wonderful value added products. Some of those products include mushroom seasoning salts, meal kits, grow your own kits, and more!
