Collar City Mushrooms is a gourmet mushroom growing farm and educational organization based out of Troy, New York.  CCM has a retail location in which they sell their mushrooms, mushroom related products and use as a community gathering place.

Myc’s Thoughts on Collar City Mushrooms

Collar City Mushrooms is on a mission to bring fungi to their local community.
