About Champlain Valley Mushrooms (CVM)

Champlain Valley Mushrooms is a gourmet mushroom farm in Orwell Vermont, owned and operated by Jimmy and Heather Horton.  The Hortons have been growing mushrooms for over a decade.  They sell several varieties of gourmet mushrooms to include log-grown shiitake.  You can find their products at several farmer’s markets and stores in Vermont as well as in their online store on their website.
