Candlewood Valley Mushrooms is an organic, gourmet and medicinal mushroom farm in Morris, Connecticut USA. Growing mushrooms has been out hobby for over 25 years, but in the spring of 2020, we started growing on a larger scale so we could not only share with our friends but also with our local community.

We pride ourselves on cultivating uncommon varieties of gourmet mushrooms that you can’t find in the supermarket such as oyster mushrooms, chestnut mushrooms, maitake and lion’s mane.
