Bristol Mushrooms is a gourmet mushroom farm in the rolling hills of the finger lakes. They grow shiitake, lion’s mane and king oyster mushrooms. (Primarily Lion’s Mane.) They are USDA certified organic and sell their mushrooms at local farmers markets.
